Job Description
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least one year building with AI models.
- Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in .NET/C# and Python within an established codebase.
- Collaborative Enabler: An engineer who excels at translating complex AI concepts into actionable patterns for others and enjoys mentoring cross-functional peers to elevate the entire organization's AI fluency.
- AI Tooling: Hands-on experience with LLMs like GPT or Claude and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Data Architecture: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma), embedding techniques, and RAG.
- Ownership: Proven ability to take complex AI features from ideation to production.
