Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within automotive, insurance, warranty, or F&I product environments
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition and deferred revenue, loss ratios, claims modeling, underwriting principles, and contract lifecycle economics
- Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel, BI tools, ERP/FP&A/financial systems, and other Microsoft Office products
- Experience with OneStream a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
