• Own Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and champion the strategy and roadmap for key consumer lending products (e.g., Personal Loans, Lines of Credit), aligning with company goals and risk appetite • Drive Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from requirements gathering and prioritization to launch and post-launch optimization • Leverage Insights: Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities and inform product improvements • Ensure Performance & Compliance: Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and integrate robust risk management and regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Serve as the central point of contact for Engineering, Credit Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless product delivery • Foster Innovation: Identify new features, design experiments (A/B testing), and leverage technology to enhance underwriting and customer experience
