About the Role
Stephen K. Denny Heating & Cooling is looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to help support our technicians and ensure installations are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a full-time role that will report to the Client Support Manager and can be fully remote or based out of our Jupiter, FL office.
What You’ll Do
- Have phone conversations with prospective and current customers to answer questions, set appointments, and schedule service visits
- Support technicians by ensuring jobs are properly scheduled and customer information is accurate
- Deliver a high level of customer service while representing the Stephen K. Denny brand
Work Schedule (EST):
- Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Have
- Prior experience working for an HVAC company (preferred)
- Experience with ServiceTitan (a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
