Job Description

• Lead strategy, growth, and delivery quality for NetSuite implementation services • Maintain full P&L responsibility including investment planning, budgeting, and forecasting • Drive growth through specialized service offerings related to manufacturing operations • Define and standardize implementation methodologies, templates, and accelerators • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for strategic sales opportunities • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive new business • Author Statements of Work (SOWs) and present pricing proposals • Expand relationships with existing clients through optimization services and add-on offerings • Oversee complex, full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations across multiple industries • Ensure quality assurance for key manufacturing configurations (e.g., multi-level BOMs) • Act as the final escalation point for client satisfaction and technical delivery issues • Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of functional consultants

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of ERP/CRM experience
  • 5+ years focused on NetSuite OneWorld
  • Proven leadership in professional services or consulting organizations (typically 7+ years)
  • Strong understanding of core business processes:
  • Order-to-Cash
  • Procure-to-Pay
  • Record-to-Report
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
  • NetSuite certifications (e.g., ERP Consultant, Administrator, Multi-Book)
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as Celigo or Boomi
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality results
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
