About the Role
We are seeking a Product & Market Intelligence Analyst with a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you'll combine technical evaluation, product research, and market analysis to provide actionable insights that guide product strategy, empower sales, and strengthen marketing positioning. You'll also own and manage internal demo environments, ensuring that our teams have reliable, up-to-date tools, scripts, and data for showcasing product capabilities and understanding market trends. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into technology, connecting the dots across business functions, and presenting findings in a clear, engaging way.
What You'll be Doing
Product & Market Analysis
- Research, track, and analyze competitors' products, features, roadmaps, pricing, and positioning
- Build structured feature matrices, product assessments, and deep-dive reports for both technical and business audiences
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for executives, product managers, sales, and marketing
- Monitor industry trends, analyst reports, funding news, acquisitions, and technology shifts that impact the industry
- Provide on-demand support for product positioning, strategic planning, and sales enablement
Technical Environment Management
- Maintain and administer internal demo and test environments, ensuring they are consistent, accurate, and easy to use
- Configure and validate solutions to ensure accurate representation of product functionality
- Build test data, scenarios, and technical demonstrations that highlight product strengths
- Support sales engineers and enablement teams with demo preparation and environment reliability
- Deliver live product demonstrations during webinars, workshops, and customer-facing events
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap with competitive insights
- Partner with Marketing to ensure external messaging aligns with market realities and competitive positioning
- Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement to train teams, deliver competitive intelligence sessions, and support deal strategy
- Present findings in a personable, engaging way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Participate in prospect- and customer-facing webinars, showcasing product capabilities and market differentiators
- Other duties as needed
About You
- 2+ years in Product Analysis, Market Research, Technical Sales Engineering, or related roles
- Strong understanding of technical concepts (cloud, SaaS, endpoint management, IT operations, or cybersecurity)
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing
- Hands-on ability to evaluate software products and translate findings into clear business insights
- Familiarity with Managed Services, IT Operations, or Enterprise SaaS environments
- Experience managing demo labs or test environments
- Knowledge of sales enablement tools and processes
- Experience speaking in webinars, workshops, or live customer events
- Analytical mindset with ability to simplify complex technical and market data

*Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000 per year.
For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000 per year.
