Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar administrative support role.
- Experience supporting senior leadership, department heads, or operational leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong documentation and note-taking skills.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with distributed teams.
