The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for accelerating growth by activating and expanding the independent agency distribution network in Southern California, focusing on turning strong agency relationships into consistent production. This role involves educating and training independent agents and brokers on ISC’s P&C programs for small to mid-sized commercial clients while blending market intelligence and sales strategy to drive profitable growth.

The role involves consulting and advising internal partners and external clients on national and regional health and welfare laws, including identifying compliance issues in plan design and suggesting resolutions. Responsibilities also include tracking new regulations, preparing presentations, and drafting/reviewing regulatory communications like SPDs and plan documents.

Attorneys will manage cases from inception through resolution, which includes drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs, as well as conducting discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings. Responsibilities also involve developing litigation strategy and maintaining direct client communication while working closely with partners on complex legal issues.

This role involves leading the drafting and revision of SEC filings, managing annual meeting planning, and serving as the subject-matter expert on securities laws and corporate governance best practices. The counsel will also advise on compliance matters like insider trading, public disclosure, and support the board and committee processes.
