This is a high-impact, sales-driven role where you will guide clients through financing options including SBA loans, franchise financing, and other small business funding solutions.
In this role, you’ll manage the entire sales cycle—from engaging inbound and outbound prospects to analyzing financial needs, presenting funding options, and successfully closing deals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys consultative selling, building referral relationships, and consistently achieving sales goals.
If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoy helping business owners succeed, and want uncapped earning potential, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in business financing and lending.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience (financial services, lending, or consultative sales preferred)
- Experience as a loan officer, funding consultant, or financial sales representative is a plus
- Strong Salesforce and Microsoft Excel skills for pipeline and financial analysis
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, performance driven environment
- Ability and willingness to travel for conferences and partner engagement
Requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, client consultations, and closing.
- Generate new business through outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and referral partnerships.
- Review client financials and recommend small business and franchise funding solutions.
- Build relationships with brokers, franchisors, and referral partners to drive deal flow.
- Guide clients through the application and funding process while working with internal teams to close transactions.
- Track sales activity and pipeline in Salesforce and analyze client financials and sales data using Microsoft Excel.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission – your results directly drive your income potential
- Medical, dental & vision coverage, 90–100% company-paid
- Company-paid long-term disability (LTD), short-term disability (STD), & AD&D
- 401(k) plan with profit sharing
- Opportunity to work with entrepreneurs and growing businesses nationwide
- Established brand in franchise and small business financing
- Remote work environment
- Collaborative, supportive team culture focused on success and results
