The Talent Acquisition Team is the hub for applicants to a wide variety of roles across Nordic. Recruiters source to build candidate pipelines, evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for Nordic, and build strong candidate relationships along the way.
Key Responsibilities
The Recruiter will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
Strategic Talent Acquisition: Implement and hone innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in support of the continued growth of Nordic talent pipelines. Design and implement tools and strategies to build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, human resources, and sales teams to understand business needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Collaborate with internal partners and hiring managers to determine the best candidates for openings.
Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand through various channels, ensuring a compelling candidate experience. Partner with Marketing Team on recruitment marketing projects.
Data-Driven Approach: Maintain ATS/CRM information to ensure accurate candidate and job requisition data is maintained. Utilize analytics and recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness, improve processes, and make data-driven hiring decisions.
Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, talent market insights, and competitive benchmarking to inform hiring strategies. Share this knowledge with the team to enhance collective understanding and decision-making.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance recruitment processes and workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
“Make It About We”: Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested.
Skills and Experience
3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels required
Healthcare IT or healthcare industry recruiting experience strongly preferred
Deep understanding of talent market trends and best practices in recruitment
Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn or similar), and other recruitment tools
Ability to effectively monitor all tasks associated with candidate recruitment and selection at various stages of the process, which requires strong attention to detail
Experience in employer branding and candidate experience enhancement
Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in talent acquisition
Post-secondary education preferred or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
