Job Description:
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM MST
Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Download, format, and proof documents for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and client data.
Collect, organize, and save client documents (IDs, deeds, account statements, etc.) in accordance with firm SOPs and naming conventions.
Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
Prepare and maintain detailed asset spreadsheets.

Provide regular client status updates under paralegal supervision.
Draft initial templates for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deeds, and ancillary documents under paralegal/attorney supervision.
Maintain organized digital files in OneDrive per firm SOPs.
Schedule consultations, signings, and hearings. Coordinate calendars for attorneys and paralegals.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a legal or professional services setting (estate planning/probate experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills; ability to systematize tasks
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning legal tech platforms.
- Familiarity with (or willingness to learn): PracticePanther, OneDrive, Simplifile, DocuSign, IntakeQ, SnapForms, Monday.com, Zoom.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional client interaction skills.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with paralegals, attorneys, and clients while maintaining confidentiality.
