Data Masking Specialist

As a Data Masking Specialist, you'll play an important role in securing data by masking sensitive information to support the company’s technological road map. You will be working closely with other DBAs, Data Architects, Developers and Analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze end-to-end and identify sensitive information (PII/SPI, PHI), using data discovery tool
Perform Data Masking activity to mask sensitive data in Oracle, SQL server, PostgreSQL and flat files
Knowledgeable with the data privacy regulations and compliances (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOC)
Design and development process will be using leading 3rd party solutions including IBM Optim detailed solutions for database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB)
Map sensitive data elements with proper data masking algorithms
Identify, develop and deploy TDM/Data Masking reusable components as appropriate
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering or another related field.
Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience with Data Masking including hands-on design, development, deployment and optimization experience using IBM Infosphere Optim Data Privacy Tool
Minimum 1 year of Data Masking experience with Infosphere Optim Data Privacy Unstructured Data
Minimum 1 experience with IBM Infosphere Information Analyzer
Experience working with Application teams to define data privacy fields and data masking requirements
Understand database models & designs including referential integrity, application enforced integrity, data dependencies between applications
Ability to understand Entity Relationship diagrams for relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
Good understanding of database validations, constraints, syntax and data types
Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated; ability to work in a team as well as take individual responsibility.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Oracle Data Masking Tool.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $65,835-$85,500 annually.
