Job Description

• Analyze performance across all demand channels. • Monitor funnel health from MQL to Closed/Won, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities. • Deliver data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and lead quality across the buyer journey. • Build and maintain Domo dashboards tracking pipeline creation, attribution, and cohort performance. • Support pipeline forecasting and target setting for demand programs. • Provide insights to inform budget allocation, campaign prioritization, and investment strategy. • Deliver consistent weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to marketing leadership. • Ensure reporting accuracy and cross-system data integrity. • Assess lead quality across channels, segments, personas, and campaigns. • Validate attribution models in partnership with Marketing Ops and RevOps. • Identify programs driving the highest pipeline and revenue impact. • Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain tracking accuracy and data hygiene. • Present clear, actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, demand generation, marketing operations, or a related analytics role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and experience with BI/analytics platforms such as Domo, Tableau, Dreamdata, or similar tools (Domo preferred).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Hands-on experience with Dreamdata or similar multi-touch attribution and revenue analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch) and revenue reporting.
  • Working knowledge of lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle frameworks.
  • SQL or intermediate-level data querying skills preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity preferred.
