Job Requirements
- 8+ years in strategy/ops/COS/risk/security
- 5+ years as senior manager+ in tech, security, or financial services
- Security domain fluency in physical security ops and risk
- Quantify risk/return, communicate tradeoffs to L7+/ET
- Design/scale OKRs, QBRs, KRIs, dashboards, and governance
- Executive communication of risk, impact, and required decisions
- Drive multi-quarter, cross-functional delivery
- Align and drive behavior change across teams
