• Write and maintain new proposal documents (resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate text, etc.) that meet company-defined standards. This includes placing appropriate graphics and editing for grammar and punctuation. • Update employee master resumes. • Work with proposal managers and coordinators to develop and/or update writing guidelines and standards. • Review current proposal documents (resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate text, etc.), revising to meet company-defined standards. • Maintain proposal materials within various document repositories. • Act as a resource to proposal coordinators for proposal preparation, including assisting with overflow support. • Perform editorial quality assurance/quality control checks on proposal submittals.
