Social Media Marketer (Independent Contractor)

A-Z Creativity LLC is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketer to help grow our online presence and connect with families in our community. We’re looking for someone who can translate the joy, imagination, and learning happening in our art classes and camps into engaging digital content.

This is a remote independent contractor position with consistent weekly work and collaborative planning.

Scope of Work

• Create 3 social media posts per week
• Produce 2 short-form videos/reels per week
• Design posts that prioritize audience engagement while staying true to the A-Z Creativity brand voice
• Develop a strategic plan for marketing to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness
  
• Use photos, videos, and promotional materials provided by the company
• Write polished captions that are clear, engaging, and grammatically correct
• Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms

Weekly Collaboration

• Participate in a brief (15 minute) Monday check-in meeting to review analytics, plan the week’s content, and align on strategy
• Incorporate feedback and adjust content to support current promotions, camps, and programs

Ideal Candidate

• Experience managing social media accounts for small businesses, creative brands, or education programs
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience creating engaging short-form video content
• Comfortable collaborating and receiving feedback
• Organized and able to maintain a consistent posting schedule
