Job Requirements
- Relevant degree in finance, business, analytics, or related field preferred; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or CPA) is desired.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required, including healthcare data analytics, financial analytics, or similar analytical roles.
- Advanced knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program required.
- Demonstrated experience delivering measurable value within health system financial analysis and decision support; hospital pharmacy, including specialty and retail pharmacy, infusion, 340B, pharmacy procurement, contracting, or pharmacy revenue cycle preferred.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, MS Access, and dashboard development preferred.
- Ability to interpret financial analyses and translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights for clients, colleagues, and executive leadership.
- Proven experience working directly with senior executives, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating concise reports, dashboards, performance scorecards, and executive-ready presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects from data collection through implementation, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams and with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain strategic working partnerships.
- Willingness to travel.
