Job Description

• In this role, you will partner with pharmacy leaders and senior executives to align pharmacy and organizational strategy, co-design and implement strategic initiatives, and demonstrate and communicate value. • You will manage individual work efforts and complex projects, delivering insightful data analysis, strategic recommendations, and performance improvement initiatives across ambulatory, retail, specialty, and infusion pharmacy settings. • You will perform advanced financial and operational analyses focused on profit and loss, revenue and margin enhancement, cost of goods, pharmacy procurement, contracting, and 340B program performance. • As a business intelligence lead, you will design and develop charts, graphs, tables, and reports to support findings and recommendations; collaborate with colleagues and clients to create custom analytics, business plans, and margin-enhancement strategies; and manage projects that drive savings and revenue growth. • You will serve as a strategic insights advisor, providing business and analytical support to colleagues and client senior pharmacy leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant degree in finance, business, analytics, or related field preferred; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or CPA) is desired.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required, including healthcare data analytics, financial analytics, or similar analytical roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program required.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering measurable value within health system financial analysis and decision support; hospital pharmacy, including specialty and retail pharmacy, infusion, 340B, pharmacy procurement, contracting, or pharmacy revenue cycle preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, MS Access, and dashboard development preferred.
  • Ability to interpret financial analyses and translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights for clients, colleagues, and executive leadership.
  • Proven experience working directly with senior executives, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating concise reports, dashboards, performance scorecards, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects from data collection through implementation, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain strategic working partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel.
