Job Description

Are you energetic, professional, and confident on the phone? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your effort directly impacts results? Findlay Volkswagen Henderson is looking for a Part-Time BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our growing team.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone organized, customer-focused, and motivated by performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to inbound sales and service leads (phone, text, email)
  • Set and confirm high-quality appointments for our sales team
  • Follow up with unsold showroom traffic and internet inquiries
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking
  • Deliver an exceptional first impression of our dealership

Schedule:

  • 3 set days per week
  • Flexible scheduling options available
  • Remote work option available (based on experience and performance expectations)
  • Opportunity for additional hours based on results and business needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence
  • Professional, positive, and dependable
  • Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive
  • Automotive or call center experience is a plus, but not required
