This is a high-impact role ideal for someone organized, customer-focused, and motivated by performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to inbound sales and service leads (phone, text, email)
- Set and confirm high-quality appointments for our sales team
- Follow up with unsold showroom traffic and internet inquiries
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking
- Deliver an exceptional first impression of our dealership
Schedule:
- 3 set days per week
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Remote work option available (based on experience and performance expectations)
- Opportunity for additional hours based on results and business needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence
- Professional, positive, and dependable
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive
- Automotive or call center experience is a plus, but not required
