• Execute field marketing programs including third-party sponsorships, executive dinners, customer roundtables, and industry events • Partner closely with the sales team to support pipeline-driving activities and ensure field programs align with regional sales priorities • Coordinate logistics for events and activations, including venue selection, vendor management, timelines, budgets, and on-site execution • Manage third-party sponsorships, ensuring all sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled accurately and on time • Own production and delivery of event assets and materials (signage, swag, registration pages, follow-up communications) • Support lead capture, list management, and post-event follow-up in collaboration with sales and marketing operations • Track program execution details and assist with post-event reporting, feedback collection, and performance insights • Maintain field marketing calendars and documentation to ensure visibility and alignment across teams
