• Respond to inbound dealer inquiries via phone and email regarding product info, availability, and quotes • Prepare and follow up on accurate quotes and product information • Process dealer purchase orders and enter them into Netsuite • Track and update order status, confirmations, shipping, and delivery details • Address basic customer service concerns such as damaged or defective items • Maintain organized and accurate data in Netsuite and HubSpot • Assist with light sales reporting and internal documentation • Attend team check-ins and support collaborative workflows with the sales team
