About the Role
This is a Remote Position :Must live in one of the states- AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, MD, MI, MA,MN, NC, NY, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TX, UT,LA
What You’ll Do
- Assist with administering Retirement plans and other qualified retirement plans
- Communicate with clients, financial advisors, and internal teams
- Review plan data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare annual plan reports and documentation
- Help troubleshoot client questions and deliver excellent service
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Contribute to a team oriented, client focused environment
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree, ASPPA credentials, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
If you’re a recent graduate or looking to start a new career in retirement plan administration, we’re happy to train you! - Great customer service skills — you’re comfortable communicating with clients, following up, and helping resolve issues.
- Some understanding of retirement plan administration and IRS rules is helpful but not required if you’re eager to learn.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage several projects at once.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from clients and coworkers.
- Comfortable collaborating with a team and also working independently.
- Pension Pro experience is a plus but not required.
