THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to bring dedicated leadership and focus to their growing SaaS platform. This role will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and partner closely with Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver high-impact solutions for public-sector organizations. The Product Manager will play a critical role in defining product strategy, translating customer needs into actionable requirements, and driving initiatives from concept through release and ongoing lifecycle management. This individual will serve as the voice of the customer while balancing business goals, technical feasibility, and user experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Define and execute product roadmap priorities aligned with business goals.

  • Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear user stories and actionable requirements.

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize impact.

  • Lead customer discovery efforts and bring insights into the development process.

  • Partner closely with Engineering during sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Contribute to design discussions, workflows, and user experience improvements.

  • Support QA by defining acceptance criteria and ensuring release readiness.
    Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and recommendations.

  • Support go-to-market efforts with product insights, positioning, and documentation.

  • Manage tickets and workflows within the project management system.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 3-5 years of Product Management or Product Design experience within a SaaS environment.

  • Experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and provide training.

  • Strong understanding of Agile development practices.

  • Ability to break down complex initiatives into clear, prioritized workstreams.

  • Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related filed, or equivalent experience.

  • B2B or B2G experience preferred.

  • GovTech experience is a plus.

  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies is a plus.
