Vice President, Product Management (REMOTE, UNITED STATES)

What You’ll Do:

• Set product strategy for the Blancco product portfolio and establish the product roadmap by prioritizing solutions to align with market opportunities.

• Manage the Product Management team, including Product Processes and Reporting

• Manage product packaging and pricing

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment on product priorities.

• Represent the customer for the wider inter-department stakeholder team to ensure solutions meet market needs.

• Work with Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, and other internal departments to ensure the proper facilities are in place to fulfill the sales and support of the product.

• Define and manage enterprise software product releases in collaboration with your development team.

• Ensure sales, support, and technical personnel are properly trained to sell, deploy, and support the product.

Required Skills and Experience

• The ability to interface professionally with customers and prospects.

• The ability to discover strategic solution opportunities and articulate into market requirements.

• The ability to lead product management teams through consistent and data driven processes.

• The ability to make priority decisions based on multiple sources of information.

• Technically inclined, with proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with Atlassian tools a plus.

• 5-10 years of experience managing software product management teams.

• Experience with enterprise operations or security software solutions a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical or management discipline, MBA Preferred.

• This position requires communication with time zones in North America, Europe and Asia, and travel to partner and prospect sites (25%).
