Job Description
driven Vice President of Product Management to own the product strategy, roadmap, and
commercial success of our platform. This executive will play a critical role in accelerating growth,
expanding market leadership, and driving durable enterprise value creation.
The VP will lead the company’s transition to an AI-first, product-led organization—delivering
differentiated data management solutions, AI-powered insights from customer file data (including
RAG-based intelligence), and compelling offerings that unlock measurable customer value. This
role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across product management, product
marketing, pricing, alliances, and innovation.
Success in this role requires operating with urgency, discipline, and accountability in a fast-paced
environment with a lean team.
- 12–15+ years in product management with senior leadership experience
- Proven success scaling enterprise B2B software or infrastructure products
- Experience in PE-backed or high-growth environments strongly preferred• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes (revenue, adoption, margin)
- Strong background in cloud, data platforms, storage, or infrastructure software
- Experience incorporating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise products
- Demonstrated commercial acumen (pricing, packaging, GTM alignment)
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Define and execute a product strategy that drives revenue growth, market share, and profitability
- Identify expansion opportunities (new offerings, pricing models, packaging, vertical solutions)
- Align roadmap to high-value use cases and measurable business outcomes
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch and adoption
- Prioritize investments based on ROI, customer impact, and competitive advantage
- Partner tightly with Engineering and the CTO Office to deliver high-quality releases with predictable cadence
- Operate effectively in a hybrid-Agile environment with strong execution discipline
- Lead development of AI-enabled capabilities across the portfolio
- Deliver solutions that extract insights and automation from customer file data
- Introduce RAG-based intelligence and AI tools that drive productivity and differentiation• Position Panzura as a platform for data insight, storage and collaboration
- Maintain deep engagement with customers, field teams, and partners
- Champion user-centric design and continuous improvement of UI/UX
- Translate customer needs into scalable, repeatable product capabilities
- Lead product marketing in partnership with Corporate Marketing
- Deliver clear, value-based positioning and messaging
- Create sales enablement assets, solution briefs, and executive-level pitches
- Support major deals and strategic customer engagements
- Define pricing strategies that maximize growth and margin
- Align packaging to customer value and market expectations
- Support sales with compelling commercial frameworks
- Build technical partnerships that expand market reach and solution value
- Drive integrations and joint offerings with key ecosystem players
- Support business development initiatives
- Maintain rigorous competitive intelligence
- Ensure products win on differentiation, value, and total cost of ownership
- Enable field teams with effective competitive positioning
- Build and lead a high-performance product organization
- Instill a product-first culture across the company
- Operate effectively with limited resources while delivering outsized impact
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, field teams, customers, and partners
