Role Description
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and self-driven individual to join our remote team. You will support clients by keeping communication clear, staying organised, and following through consistently. This position is well suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing their time effectively, and staying organised in a remote environment. Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism are important for success in this role.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Support client requests through coordination and follow-up
- Organise and manage task details to support timelines and accuracy
- Maintain records, track progress, and provide consistent service support
- Collaborate with internal team members and external partners as needed
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Previous customer support, coordination, or administrative experience is a plus
- Applicants must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, select countries in Latin America, or the European Union to be considered
