We are currently seeking a Guidewire Lead Developer - Remote US Position to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

Client & Business Engagement:
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide status updates.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business needs.

Analysis & Solution Design:
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design functional and technical solutions aligned with client objectives.

Development Activities:
- Participate in application development (coding, configuration, customization).
- Review and optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate solutions with existing systems.
- Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead small to medium project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Mentor developers, providing guidance and support.
- Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.
- Drive project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.

Qualifications
- Guidewire PolicyCenter Expertise: 5+ years strong knowledge of PolicyCenter configuration and integration.
- Experience with PolicyCenter data model and workflows.
- Relevant certifications.
- Guidewire Development: Proficiency in GOSU programming language.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Studio and configuration tools.
- Integration & APIs: Knowledge of SOAP/REST web services for Guidewire integrations.
- Experience with messaging, batch processes, and plugins.
- Database Skills: Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Java & Object-Oriented Programming: Solid understanding of Java for custom development.
- Cloud & Deployment: Experience with Guidewire Cloud or containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Version Control & CI/CD: Git, Jenkins, and automated build/deployment pipelines.
- Degree: Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
