Job Description

• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged insights in talent management technology • Bring experience implementing AI solutions to create new research for client decision making • Provide high quality and timely peer review for research content • Develop new insights through thought leadership for client needs • Research, analyze, and predict market trends to provide actionable insights • Create and deliver presentation materials for events and conferences • Provide sales support and engage with clients regularly • Build credibility as an industry expert

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience in strategic planning and implementation of talent management technology including recent experience in AI implementation
  • Experience evaluating and implementing technologies to support talent and leadership identification and development, employee listening, competency models, performance management, succession planning, feedback, skills
  • Experience and comfort advising and working with CHROs and their peers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables
  • Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions
  • Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams
  • Demonstrate executive presence; can establish credibility with C-level executives
  • Demonstrate superior analytical skills, applying conceptual models, recognizing patterns while defending conclusions
  • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data; can apply patterns and frameworks to client challenges
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements on talent management technology
