Job Description
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience in strategic planning and implementation of talent management technology including recent experience in AI implementation
- Experience evaluating and implementing technologies to support talent and leadership identification and development, employee listening, competency models, performance management, succession planning, feedback, skills
- Experience and comfort advising and working with CHROs and their peers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality deliverables
- Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions
- Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams
- Demonstrate executive presence; can establish credibility with C-level executives
- Demonstrate superior analytical skills, applying conceptual models, recognizing patterns while defending conclusions
- Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data; can apply patterns and frameworks to client challenges
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements on talent management technology
