Role Description

As a Product Designer at M3 Communications, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance product design.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
