Job Description

• Develop and lead national sales strategies for hospital and health system partnerships • Drive quarterly and annual growth targets, ensuring sufficient pipeline coverage • Monitor market dynamics, CMS policy changes, and competitive trends to inform strategy • Identify, negotiate, and close complex strategic deals with executive stakeholders • Represent Wellvana as a thought leader at industry events and conferences • Partner with legal, operations, and partner success teams to ensure seamless sales execution • Participate in cross-functional meetings to support client issue resolution and continuous improvement • Willingness to travel up to 50% to support national growth efforts

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA, MHA, or related field preferred
10-15 years of healthcare sales, business development, or provider engagement experience
Proven success exceeding quotas and managing long sales cycles
Extensive experience selling to and managing relationships with health system clients
Experience with value-based care programs, MSSP, Medicare Advantage, and ACO models
Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling sales teams
Ability to work effectively from a remote or home office
