• Support day-to-day fleet and logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks related to vehicle management, routing, and compliance • Manage end-to-end vehicle licensing, registration, renewals, and compliance requirements across all fleet assets • Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and records for licensing, registration, and compliance activities • Support the transition from external service providers to internal management of licensing, registration, and fuel programs • Execute day-to-day operational tasks and provide issue resolution as fleet governance matures • Develop and maintain dashboards for key fleet KPIs (fuel efficiency, delivery performance, cost per mile, utilization) • Conduct cost analysis for fleet operations, vendor contracts, and fuel programs • Partner with Procurement and Finance on cost optimization initiatives and vendor performance reviews • Identify trends and recommend process improvements based on data insights and operational performance
