• Develop clear, consistent communication materials for supply chain initiatives, process changes, and field updates • Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, Operations, ESG, Compliance, and other partners • Maintain structured communication cadences, including newsletters, updates, and leadership briefings • Support the design, rollout, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain • Assist in mapping current-state processes, identifying gaps, and documenting future-state workflows • Track adoption, performance, and compliance to new processes and standards • Support ESG-related data tracking, reporting, and initiative coordination • Partner with ESG and Compliance teams to ensure supply chain activities align with enterprise sustainability and regulatory goals • Maintain documentation and audit-ready records for ESG-related initiatives • Stand up and manage structured field feedback loops to capture insights, pain points, and improvement opportunities • Monitor trends, escalate issues, and coordinate resolution with functional owners • Maintain transparent tracking and communication of feedback themes and actions taken • Develop training content, job aids, SOPs, and reference materials for new processes and tools • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and field engagement activities • Ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and consistently updated
