    • Translate company growth goals into measurable CRM outcomes (conversion, pull-through, speed-to-lead, retention, productivity).
    • Evaluate build vs. partner decisions and drive ecosystem strategy.

    2. CRM Platform Development

    • Lead discovery, ideation, validation, and delivery of CRM capabilities
    • Ensure the CRM supports retail, consumer direct, and partner-driven channels.
    • Drive API-first design to enable seamless integrations with third-party CRMs and internal systems.
    • Champion user experience and usability tailored to Loan Officers and Sales teams.

    3. Organizational Leadership

    • Develop, and mentor Product Managers and Product Owners.
    • Elevate product craft across discovery, strategy, prioritization, analytics, and execution.
    • Establish strong product operating rhythms: roadmap reviews, OKRs, metrics reviews, quarterly planning.
    • Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer obsession.
    • Develop future product leaders within the organization.

    4. Cross-Functional Alignment & Execution

    • Partner with Engineering leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

    • Drive prioritization using frameworks such as RICE, WSJF, and data-driven evaluation.
    • Establish clear success metrics and continuously measure adoption, productivity, and ROI.

    • 5+ years leading and developing Product Managers and Product Owners.
    • Proven experience building or scaling CRM and/or Sales Technology platforms.

    • Experience designing API-driven platforms and system integrations.
    • Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
    • Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and drive enterprise alignment.
    • Highly analytical with strong comfort leveraging product analytics and business metrics.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

    What Makes This Role Unique

    • Opportunity to build a mortgage-native CRM platform purpose-built for sales excellence.
    • Ownership of an enterprise-wide sales technology ecosystem.
    • High visibility with executive leadership.
    • Direct impact on revenue growth and sales transformation.
