A Day in the Life
In this exciting role as a Field Services Engineer, you will be supporting maintenance and repairs of The Mazor™ robotic guidance system and The O-arm™ surgical imaging system within our Surgical Solutions Portfolio for spinal and cranial procedures in hospitals within the metro areas of Northern New Jersey and New York.

This position is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand our cross-functional collaboration efforts. This role will require up to 75% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.
Additional Information:
Location: Individuals must reside within 1 hour of a reasonably sized airport and in the assigned territory.
Territory: This position will support a territory that includes North Jersey into New York, Centrally up to Connecticut, and South to Philadelphia.
Travel: This position will require up to 75% of travel including overnight travel.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment.
- Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at customer and/or field locations.
- Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.
- Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.
- Installs, upgrades and removes products ensuring coordinative engineering field change.
- Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
- May provide onsite training of customer support personnel.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
4 years of technical, clinical field service, technical internship or clinical customer support experience.
Nice to Have:

Biomed Experience
Electrical or Mechanical equipment experience
Electronics experience
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
