Outlining key milestones and release plans, communicating updates to stakeholders, and defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities. Drawing from your experience to effectively balance short-term goals with our long-term vision. • Work closely with engineering, product operations, user experience, marketing, sales and customer experience and driving strong collaboration throughout the product life cycle. • Partner with our team members to define user stories, prioritize backlog items, and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of product releases. • Work closely with our release management team to ensure seamless product launches and go to market for our enablement teams. Support testing of new features to ensure we achieve our business case objectives. • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to iterate on product designs, through active prototyping tooling. • Understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and how to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. • Collaborate with your senior leadership team to enable seamless communication with other stakeholders in the business.
