This role involves supporting clients across brokerage workflows, partnering with brokers and cross-functional teams throughout the customer lifecycle including binding, billing, and renewals. Responsibilities include delivering timely responses to inquiries, maintaining policy data in AMS/CRM, and managing specialty policy servicing requests like endorsements and billing issues.
