Job Description

• Conduct high-level 1:1 execution calls with up to 75 law firm owners. • Review revenue metrics, KPIs, marketing performance, and operational dashboards. • Identify breakdowns in the "machine" and prescribe corrective actions. • Document commitments and track measurable progress rigorously. • Respond to client communication within established white-glove service standards. • Participate in internal leadership sessions to align on scaling the HTM mission.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a CEO (Chief Executive Officer).
  • Proven Scale Record: Demonstrable success taking a company from $0→$10M or $10M→$35M+.
  • Direct P&L Ownership: Comprehensive responsibility for the bottom line.
  • Systems Architecture: Experience installing operational systems and data-driven dashboards.
  • Growth Mastery: Deep experience leading marketing and business development execution.
  • Industry Context: Background in law firm management, professional services, or high-growth entrepreneurial environments.
