Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of customer facing experience
- Knowledge of the healthcare, Workers' Compensation and PBM industries preferred
- Experience working with cross-functional teams/departments to research and resolve issues
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office products, e-mail and the Internet
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency
- High level of organization and time management & ability to plan for and adapt to a changing environment
- Must be able to travel anticipated up to 20%
