Role Description

• Assists the PM in providing leadership, management, and direction to program management staff.
• Oversees and coordinates inventory management, procurement actions, maintenance, repairs, and serviceability of all program equipment.
• Coordinates the shipment of program equipment and materials; documenting, as necessary, that the proper customs, procedures, and standards are adhered to.
• Ensures that all travel arrangements for personnel traveling to and from other countries in support of the contract are completed and documented.

Qualifications

• US citizen.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Must possess Associates Degree or higher.
• Must possess a minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience in planning, evaluating, analyzing, and implementing government logistics and security-type programs. Experience supporting such programs in high threat environments is preferred.
• Must possess a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in personal protection, emergency response, or guard force.
• Must possess demonstrated experience working with a wide range of procurement and logistics issues.
• Demonstrated experience supporting international administrative and logistical support functions.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Frequently required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment

• During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions.
• Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
