Job Description

• Partner with instrument sales teams and leadership to prioritize clinical sales targets based on acquisition timelines, strategic account profiles, and business needs • Collaborate with Health Systems Executives to influence clinical buying decisions within priority health system accounts • Partner with customers to identify sepsis care improvement opportunities, including early identification, workflow efficiency, and antibiotic stewardship • Work closely with Clinical Implementation Specialists to define implementation goals, ensure appropriate scope, and secure executive sponsorship within customer organizations • Support development of clinical reference sites, testimonials, and sales enablement strategies in partnership with marketing and medical leadership

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience selling clinically within hospital settings
Experience preferred in areas such as infection detection and control, sepsis care, decision support, utilization management, ED workflows, antibiotic stewardship, and DRG cost strategies
Experience with business development and or launching new technologies in complex healthcare environments strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience configuring and integrating EMR, middleware, and healthcare IT systems, particularly within emergency department settings
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts, develop business cases, and articulate ROI to stakeholders from frontline staff through executive leadership.
