Job Description
REMOTE POSITION
Our client, a regional east coast corporate law firm is seeking a securities and capital markets associate attorney with 2-7 years of experience to join their growing practice. Experience representing issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities, advising publicly traded companies on compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, exchange listing standards and corporate governance required. Candidates must have relevant prior law firm experience, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, strong work ethic and excellent oral and written communication skills. Enthusiasm for client service and initiative are essential.
As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $170,000 depending upon experience. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level.
