• Oversee and coordinate compliance, regulatory reporting, governance, and legal matters • Act as a primary coordination point for regulatory matters across Cyprus, Seychelles, and other jurisdictions • Manage regulatory submissions, notifications, and ongoing reporting obligations • Coordinate with external compliance providers and regulators • Support Board and group governance matters • Maintain corporate records and oversee statutory filings • Coordinate external audits and support preparation of financial statements • Manage regulatory audit processes and follow up on findings • Identify and escalate regulatory and operational risks to management • Oversee relationships with banks, EMIs, PSPs, and other financial institutions • Maintain and enhance the AML framework • Support audits, inspections, and regulatory queries related to AML • Maintain and update compliance policies and procedures • Support entity closures and restructurings.
