Job Description

• Supervise and support a team of intake specialists handling incoming calls, online inquiries, and potential new client leads • Monitor call quality, response times, and overall intake performance • Train, mentor, and coach intake staff to improve conversion rates and client experience • Ensure all potential client information is accurately documented in the case management system • Review and evaluate new cases to ensure they meet firm criteria before attorney review • Develop and implement intake procedures, scripts, and workflows • Track and report intake metrics, including lead volume, signed cases, and conversion rates • Coordinate with attorneys and case managers to ensure smooth handoff of retained clients • Handle escalated calls or complex intake situations when necessary • Maintain compliance with firm policies and confidentiality requirements

Job Requirements

  • Extensive personal injury intake experience is required
  • Previous experience supervising or leading an intake team strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of personal injury case types and case qualification processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with case management systems and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work night and/or weekend schedules as required
