Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or master’s degree program and in good academic standing
- Interest in nonprofit organizations, higher education, or community-focused work is preferred, though not required
- Prior internship, work, or volunteer experience in a relevant field is a plus, but not mandatory
- Collaborative team player who also demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently
- Skilled communicator; both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset and genuine enthusiasm for contributing to meaningful work
- Comfortable and self-motivated in a remote, virtual work environment using digital collaboration tools
- Committed to building inclusive, respectful professional relationships with peers, supervisors, and stakeholders
- Open to diverse perspectives and committed to fostering equitable, inclusive environments
- Proficiency with standard digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, video conferencing platforms)
