• Partner with agency leadership to build and grow the paid media practice in the firm. • Lead the development of compelling proposals and deliver pitches to win new business. • Create and execute clients’ paid media programs. • Develop data-driven programs and evaluate strategies and tactics based on results. • Provide trusted and strategic counsel to clients. • Lead client strategy and planning meetings; persuasively present ideas and results. • Advise clients on best practices, new technologies, and emerging strategies. • Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive, strategic services to clients. • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business development, client engagement, and revenue generation.
