Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience working for a US owned, shared service, BPO companies, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
- Knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
