The representative will make outbound calls to contracted practitioners to validate directory information, conduct secret shopper surveys, and educate them on contractual obligations to ensure compliance with all state, federal, and ASH requirements. This role also involves supporting and maintaining service relationships with new and existing practitioners to maintain high satisfaction levels.
The Education Territory Manager will execute sales strategies to grow revenue for Gumdrop and Brenthaven in the education market, while also leading a small inside sales team. Key duties involve building territory plans, engaging directly with districts, managing channel partners, owning the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships across the territory.
The specialist is responsible for connecting with healthcare communities to build trust and serve as a reliable resource for behavioral health treatment placement across a vast network of facilities. This involves researching new prospects, executing sales objectives for the territory, and managing the entire communication process from initial inquiry through admission.
The representative supports the Hospital Customer Team by identifying healthcare provider needs, customizing product communication, and ensuring the company demonstrates value and better health outcomes to professionals and patients. Key activities include acting as a primary point of contact for select accounts, coordinating strategy development, and collaborating with the extended customer team for a consistent experience.
