Job Description

• A Senior Analyst HRIS is responsible for managing and optimizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support HR operations and business objectives. • They analyze, configure, and maintain HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality. • The role involves troubleshooting issues, generating reports, and supporting HR teams with system related queries. • The role is responsible for helping facilitate, gather, and document end-user requirements, system configuration and testing. • HRIS Analysts II also collaborates with IT and other departments to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. • They play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR technology systems, improving HR processes, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Kronos is preferred; able to navigate and support system functionality to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrated analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills applied to identifying system issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to work with confidential HR data while upholding a high standard of integrity and data privacy compliance.
  • Proficient in generating and interpreting HR and operational reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and HRIS specific reporting features.
  • Skilled in system configuration and updates, applying business requirements to optimize functionality and improve user experience.
  • Experienced in system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, and upgrade validation; able to document findings and recommend resolutions independently.
  • Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills for use in issue identification and corrective action recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree information systems or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in implementation and/or maintenance of business systems preferred.
  • Kronos Workforce Dimensions certification a plus, or willing to obtain within the first year of being in the position.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification a plus, or willing to obtain within the first year of being in the position.
