• Serve as a functional and technical consultant supporting Salesforce Education Cloud implementations, ensuring solutions align with Salesforce best practices. • Collaborate with education-sector clients to translate business requirements and operational needs into effective Education Cloud configurations and solutions. • Support solution design including data models, integrations, and declarative automation. • Assist with legacy data migrations from student information systems or custom education platforms into Salesforce Education Cloud. • Support development of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and documentation aligned with Education Cloud data standards. • Evaluate and recommend Salesforce-native tools to support implementation goals (e.g., OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud, Tableau). • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and architects to implement and configure Education Cloud solutions. • Participate in design sessions, solution reviews, and system configuration activities throughout the project lifecycle. • Contribute to solution demonstrations, workshops, and client discussions as needed. • Stay informed on the Education Cloud roadmap and new Salesforce platform capabilities. • Assist the project manager with solution planning and implementation timelines. • Support configuration of Student Management (Academic Operations) and Alumni functionality within Education Cloud. • Contribute to project documentation for internal and external stakeholders. • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
