Role Description
As a Client Success Coordinator, you will act as the "concierge" for our professional clients. You aren't just managing bookings; you are curating experiences. You will be responsible for high-level service requests, destination logistics, and ensuring every journey meets our rigorous "world-class" standards.
- Dedicated Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for luxury destination and high-priority client service accounts.
- Logistics Coordination: Facilitate seamless communication between global vendors and clients to ensure 100% itinerary accuracy.
- Service Enhancement: Proactively identify opportunities to "level up" the clients journey, anticipating needs before they arise.
- High-Volume Execution: Manage multiple coordination tasks simultaneously with professional poise, speed, and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- You must be a self-starter who can manage a professional schedule without direct supervision.

- Experience in travel, guest services, tourism, or luxury hospitality is not mandatory as full training is provided for you.
