• Independently design, execute, and manage large-scale digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Substack, and other key platforms on behalf of climate organizations and climate-focused candidates • Manage positive client relationships and regularly update clients on campaign progress, including preparing for and leading weekly client calls • Manage 1-3 full-time and/or part-time campaign staff • Regularly check in with direct reports on their campaigns, including regularly tracking progress to goal, proactively providing feedback, and providing strategic support • Serve as a strategic subject matter expert to clients on the creator economy and social content strategy, particularly as it pertains to climate content • Establish campaign goals and finalize campaign materials, including creative briefs and other assets • Analyze campaign metrics and progress to goals, and proactively adjust strategy as needed • Develop and present post-campaign reports to clients • Work closely with digital creators to develop creative and engaging content that meets campaign brief requirements • Strategize with colleagues and clients to find new creative tactics to innovate on content, sourcing, and team processes • Stay up-to-date on current events, trends and news stories as it pertains to environmental and climate news to serve as an expert in strategy conversations with clients
